Book reveals Trump’s White House journey
A book about Donald Trump’s US presidential election campaign translated into Vietnamese was released in Ha Noi on November 8.

Roger Stone’s book, Making of the President 2016: How Donald Trump Orchestrated a Revolution, is translated by Nguyen Thanh Chau.
Stone is a long-time Trump’s retainer and confidant. He parses strategy and circumstances in the election that “shocked” the nation. The author delivers an “in-depth examination of how Trump’s campaign tapped into the national mood to deliver a stunning victory that almost no one saw coming.”
A seminar was held together with the book launch to discuss President Trump’s strategy, his influence on Asian countries and the relationship between Vietnam and the US.
The event was one among several held to honour President Trump’s visit to Vietnam this week.
