The event is hosted by the Oven D’or Restaurant, Sheraton Ha Noi Hotel in Ha Noi, who said that Chef Ismail’s selection coincided with his selection as a Food Tourism Ambassador for Malaysia.

Chef Mohammad Wafit Bin Mahtar, who won the highest prize at iChef 2017, will also represent Malaysia at Food Week Vietnam.
The chef’s will serve up some of their very own cuisine for guests to try and fresh fruit will be flown in direct from Malaysia for the week, guaranteeing a mouth-watering addition to the extravaganza.
In addition, traditional Malaysian art and craft exhibits along with music and dance performances will be available throughout the week, giving visitors a chance to take home a slice of Malaysian culture.
