He made the statement at a reception for Special Advisor to the Japanese Cabinet Isao Iijima in Ha Noi on December 24.

Excellent art performances and special delicacies of both sides will be featured at the event, he added.
Regarding economic cooperation, Ha Noi city always welcomes investors and enterprises from Japan, Chung said, expressing his hope that proactive activities of enterprises in the two countries will make contributions to elevating the bilateral ties to a new height.
Meanwhile, the Japanese official highlighted that along with festive activities, the Cherry Blossom Festival 2018 should include meetings and exchanges between enterprises to promote trade and investment.
At the event, both parties also discussed measures to bolster trade promotion and enhance friendship and cooperative ties between Ha Noi and Tokyo.
