Under the amendments to the law and ordinance making program for 2017, the fourth session of the NA will discuss four bills on environmental protection, corruption prevention and fighting (revision); special administrative-economic units; and amendments and supplements to the Law on judicial records.

Over 21 new laws in 2018
Regarding the law and ordinance making program for 2018, the NA planned to pass 21 new laws in 2018.
At the fifth session, lawmakers will vote for 11 draft laws on public administration, special administrative-economic units; competition (revision); amendments and supplements to the Law on environmental protection, corruption prevention and fighting (revision); amendments and supplements of some articles of the Law on judicial records; network security; national defense (revision); amendments and supplements of the Law on Sports; measurements and maps; and a resolution on law and ordinance making for 2019.
Laws that are not ratified at the fourth session will be passed at the fifth session (if any).
At the fifth session, the NA will give comments on nine draft laws on population, urban management and development, breeding, planting, amendments and supplements to the Law on amnesty; amendments and supplements to the Law on criminal sentence execution, maritime police; amendments and supplements to the Law on education, amendments and supplements to the Law on university education.
Under the resolution, ten draft bills will be put on the table for discussion and voting. They included the laws on population, urban management and development, breeding, maritime police, State secrecy, amendments and supplements to the Law on education, amendments and supplements to the Law on university education.
In addition, lawmakers will feedback on three draft laws on communal public security, architecture, prevention and fight against harmful effects of wine and beer.
