The year 2018 continues seeing Vietnam Airline’s concerted efforts to improve its service quality.
The airline is operating 90 air routes to 20 domestic destinations and 29 international ones with a total of over 400 daily flights.
In 2017, Vietnam Airlines recorded impressive sales of 88.4 trillion VND and carried 26.5 million passengers. Its on-time performance index (OTP) reached over 90 percent.
