On the display are latest machinery and equipment, automation technologies, and feedstock and intermediate goods for the textile and garment industry, introduced by the exhibitors from 27 countries and territories, including Belgium, Canada, mainland China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the UK, the US and Vietnam.

According to the event’s organising board, the 30,000sq.m expo will offer an opportunity to materials suppliers, fashion designers, and producers to learn about each other and help them understand more about the domestic garment and textile and export markets.
Saigon Tex 2018 which lasts until April 14 will also feature fashion collection in traditional styles, by designers from the Vietnam Fashion Design Institute (FADIN) and from prestigious brands such as Belluni, Padu, Toan Thinh Silk, F.House, Handee, and V-SIXTY Four.
The annual expo is organised by the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group, VCCI Exhibition Service Co. Ltd, CP Vietnam Exhibition Organisation, and CP Exhibition Hong Kong.
