The visit takes place at a time when Vietnam and Bangladesh are celebrating the 45th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties. The visit is expected to blow a breath of fresh air into bilateral economic and trade relations. With many potential for cooperation in the fields of agriculture, pharmaceuticals and electronics, the two sides are striving to achieve the target of more than 1 billion USD in two-way trade.
