Under the supervision of the Management Board of Science and Technology Project Investments of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Nguyen Gia Vision JSC., Asteroid HK Ltd., and IMG Innovation JSC., signed a contract called Asteroid Cooperation Investment Project using Blockchain technology based on the Ethereum protocol to develop a smart contract that allows ownership establishments of Asteroids - data blocks based on BlockClaim's proprietary database. This is a breakthrough amid the Industry 4.0 of technology application to advance researchs and exploitations for the sustainable development and peace of humanity.

At the moment, there is no mechanism for potential Asteroid operators to set up rights on Asteroids. Theoretically, a centralized data center can store information, but the question is who controls the data block and how to get information about the owner immediately.

Once again, no country can set up ownership of the data without the intervention of a reliable third party. In other words, this can not be done independently without a claim from an off-site agency or open source distribution technology. The solution that Asteroid offers is to provide a clear, transparent, and secure portfolio that uses the BlockClaim® protocol based on the Ethereum protocol.

According to Nguyen Thi Hai Thu, Deputy Director of the Project Management Board, this is an opportunity for Vietnamese technology enterprises to approach, research, apply and deploy this technology in the near future. To implement the project, all the parties also signed an agreement to start a Project Implementation Fund of 100 million USD, and it will start by the end of 2018.
