Noting that Vietnam has friendly and cooperative relations with all Middle East nations, including the Palestine and Israel, the spokesperson said Vietnam welcomes all regional and international efforts as well as those by related parties to peacefully deal with all conflicts and bring sustained peace to the Middle East, for the interests and development of all countries in the region, contributing to regional and world peace.

Vietnam reiterates its consistent stance on supporting the two-State solution, including the establishment of a Palestinian state co-existing in peace with the Israeli state along the 1967 border line.
Vietnam holds that all solutions related to Jerusalem must abide by international law, especially resolutions of the United Nations, and receive consensus of related parties.
